FenTek provides a cloud-based software platform for fence contractors that includes AI-powered satellite estimating, quote generation, crew scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, and business analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.
To use FenTek, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. All fees are quoted in US dollars.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Anonymized Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of the Service to improve our AI models, generate industry benchmarks, and enhance the platform. This data cannot be used to identify you or your business.
FenTek's AI satellite estimating tools are designed to provide accurate measurements and material calculations based on available satellite imagery and property data. However, estimates generated by the Service are approximations and should not be considered guaranteed measurements. Factors including but not limited to image quality, terrain complexity, obstructions, and property boundary accuracy may affect results.
You are responsible for verifying measurements and quantities before committing to contracts with your customers. FenTek is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate estimates.
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by FenTek and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.
FenTek integrates with third-party services including mapping providers, payment processors (such as Stripe), and accounting software (such as QuickBooks). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FenTek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FenTek in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FenTek, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and may experience occasional unplanned outages. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Service.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in the state of Georgia, USA. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
